Pandora Xmas Gifts: Voice Recording Card & Jewellery Box

Several days till the most celebrated holiday of the year and Christmas promotional campaigns are at full boil.

From December 1, Pandora, the world-famous international jewellery chain, is making an attractive offer: buy any Gift Set online and you will be given a "Hear My Love" voice recording Xmas card with 3D Christmas Tree table-stand decoration free of charge.

Any online orders over HKD$3,600 will be given an extra "Pandora Special Edition Porcelain Xmas Jewellery box". The offer is valid while stocks last.

Pandora is an international Danish jewellery manufacturer and retailer founded in 1982. The company started as a family-run jewellery shop in Copenhagen before transforming into an international brand.

Pandora is mostly known for its customisable charm bracelets, designer rings, necklaces and watches. The company markets its products in more than 90 countries on 6 continents with approximately 9,500 points of sale.

The reasons for implementing free gift marketing campaigns for such brands as Pandora are not primarily about raising brand awareness. Pandora, with the phenomenal popularity of their customisable bracelets, doesn't really need such a tool for brand exposure.

Instead, the purposes for Pandora to offer gifts with purchase are more about gaining customers' loyalty, increasing brand value, winning more respect, matching the prestige of the company and adding extra value to the purchase.

Since the jewellery box is made from such a high-end material as porcelain, it will appeal to buyers in luxury marketing. Moreover, the promo gifts will to some extend justify the high price of expensive products. Customers will expect something decent to feel special and cared for by the company. This gives them additional reason to purchase from you.

Marketing gifts are always an effective method to boost sales volume and increase brand awareness to meet marketing requirements, and choosing the right marketing is critically important for any promotion.

Los Angeles Dodgers Promotional Schedule 2016

The Los Angeles Dodgers, the members of the National League West division of Major League Baseball, have recently announced their promotional schedule for the 2016 season.

Turner, who has been one of the Dodgers' most consistent offensive producers in the past two seasons, is known for his iconic orange beard, which will sprout green out of a terracotta bust of his likeness in the thousands next season.

As for the usual giveaways, the Dodgers will host 10 different bobblehead nights in 2016
There will be a Vin Scully T-shirt night, and just for the game with the Angels, they will give away a welcome mat.

The Los Angeles Dodgers will also give away a magnet schedule, a neck pillow, a Jackie Robinson replica jersey, a license plate frame and many others. See the full schedule here

The Festival of Marketing 2015 #FOM15

One of the biggest marketing events of the year - the Festival of Marketing  - was held on the 11th and 12th November 2015 at the Tobacco Docks in London.

Thousands of marketers, brands and agencies gathered in East London to discuss prospects and future of marketing industry. The Festival had an impressive line-up of household names, hard to reach CMOs and leading marketers ready to inspire and impact the marketing journey.

This year’s Festival headliner line-up has been assembled in order to deliver truly original, non-traditional perspectives on today’s marketing industry. We saw speakers from Lord Sugar to Monica Lewinsky, providing insight into marketing’s biggest issues.

This year the award-winning Festival of Marketing made another achievement – it’s a Guinness World Records title holder.

The Festival was awarded the title after more than 617 people took part in the Largest marketing lesson ever. The lesson, which was led by industry legend Sir John Hegarty and Scoota, focused on the evolving landscape of online advertising and how some creative industries have been slow to embrace technology.

For this year’s Festival of Marketing, the Promogift blog followed the event closely and gathered information from over 4,000 tweets before and during the event. We found out who the 25 most active people on Twitter were. The top 25 are listed below.

This type of event provides a good opportunity to increase your brand awareness through the use of social media. This is an excellent guide, teaching the marketers from different industries how to lead their businesses to promising results.
